Shipping

Domestic Shipping

 

Standard UK Delivery £4.50

Takes 2-3 working days but usually arrives next day from dispatch for mainland UK destinations.

Next day UK Delivery £6.99

Order before 4pm on a working day with this method and your parcel will arrive next day. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. 

 

NO DISPATCH ON BANK HOLIDAY THEREFORE THE WORKING DAY WILL BE THE FOLLOWNG DAY FOR DISPATCH

Saturday Delivery £8.99

Order before 4pm on Friday to receive your parcel on Saturday. Make sure you choose Saturday Delivery at the checkout. This is a tracked service and requires a signature.

 

Available for UK Mainland only. Bank Holiday weekend deliveries must be placed by the Thursday of that weekend to receive for Saturday otherwise you will receive your order the following Tuesday by special delivery. 

 

 

International Shipping 

 

We send via Royal Mail/Parcel force in the UK which then transfers over to the postal service of the country it has been delivered to. We can provide tracking within the UK but please note that you will need to contact your postal service with the consignment number to track once the item has reached your chosen country.

Please be aware that customs charges and other fees may be payable on orders outisde the UK.

Returns

How to Return  

 

To return an item please email azzediari@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days. No items will be accepted for return after this period. Then return your item within a further 14 days using recorded delivery to:

  • We ask that you take great care when trying on garments. We cannot accept returns on items with marks from make up, fake tans or creams or any other visible marks. Strong perfume, cigarette scents or bodily odours will also not be accepted.

  • All items are checked through quality control before dispatch and expected to be returned in the same condition. Any blatant damage to the item will make the item non refundable. All items are photographed before they are sent out.

  • All postage costs are non-refundable and unfortunately we do not offer pre-paid returns.

  • We strongly recommend you return parcels back to us using a recorded trackable delivery service. Any items with no tracking which does not reach us is not the responsibility of azzediari.co.uk 

  • We can only offer a refund on stock no exchanges are accepted.

  • You can return an item for a refund within 14 days from date of purchase.

  • The item must be in original unworn condition with tags intact to be returned. Any item found to be otherwise will not be accepted and will be returned to you

  • Any FAULTY items will be exchanged or refunded as well as the return postage fee as long as standard or first class service is used. Special or Next Day delivery charges will only be covered to the standard fee

  • Please allow up to 5 working days to process your return from date of delivery to us. 

  • We would strongly recommend you to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number as items lost on return will not be Azzediari's responsibility and will not be processed. 

  • Please note personalised items are non-refundable.

  • Refunds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account once processed. Please note your postage fee for return or dispatch is not refunded.
